This piece

theatre and painting. Backstage re-acts excerpts of artistic pieces
which offer critical views on "art representation."
PHOTOGRAPHY was taken during RIAA (residencia internacional de
artistas en argentina). The human models were the resident artists
and photos were done in the hotel lobby (Viejo Hotel Ostende).
The image is a reference to the film: L'année dernière
à Marienbad (1960) by Alain Resnais with script by Alain
Robbe-Grillet. This film script was based on “La Invención
de Morel,” a novel of the Argentinean writer Bioy Casares,
who wrote many stories while visiting this hotel.
This image was screened in the hotel auditorium with re-processing
film sound.
